Return Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for items that are:
- In new, unused, and resellable condition
- In their original packaging with all tags and labels intact
Return Window: You can return products within 30 days from the date of receipt. After this period, unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
2. Non-returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Used, opened, or damaged products (unless defective)
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to Smilearc@oryndalegroup.com. Include your order number, a description of the product, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Returns without this number may not be processed.
- Pack the Item: Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all accessories, tags, and documentation.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided in the RA instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy requirements. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will send a replacement once the original item is returned and inspected. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item is defective or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at Smilearc@oryndalegroup.com. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost. Please provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
7. Shipping Costs
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- Original Shipping: Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable unless we are at fault (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
8. International Returns
For international orders, the return policy may vary depending on your country. Please contact our customer support team for return instructions. Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us. We can provide store credit for the gift's value or help you exchange it for another product.
